・Antique watches do not originally have the mechanism to maintain the same level of accuracy as modern watches, and due to the passage of time, it is said that a daily accuracy error (daily difference) of about 1 to 2 minutes is within the acceptable range. The Artisan Watch has a daily difference of ±15-30 seconds as a standard after maintenance, but please understand that there may be some variation depending on the usage environment.

■About warranty
Warranty period: 6 months from date of purchase
Warranty details: If a natural breakdown occurs during the warranty period due to normal use, we will repair it. This warranty covers the watch itself, and does not cover accessories such as leather straps.

Please note that even if the product is still within the warranty period, repair costs will be borne by the customer if any of the following conditions apply.

- Damage caused by incorrect use by the customer (magnetic strips, etc.), careless entry into water, or damage caused by an accidental drop.
● Appearance scratches or damage that occurred during use
●Failure or damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, flood, or earthquake
If the warranty card is not presented or if the owner has changed
If you request repairs from another store during the warranty period, if the cover of the main unit is opened, or if the product has been tampered with after purchase
In the unlikely event that the mainspring, which is a consumable part, breaks, repairs will not be covered under the warranty even if it is within the warranty period.
(Spring replacement costs about ¥5,000)

If a malfunction occurs while using the product after the warranty period has expired, we can repair it.

■Returns and exchanges
・Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
・If there is any defect on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
・When returning the product, please also send back all accessories, including the warranty card.

Antique watches cannot match the accuracy and condition of modern watches, but they have a unique atmosphere and charm that only antique watches have, and as you get used to them, you will grow to love them more and more for the effort that goes into keeping them.
