About vision tests
We conduct vision tests in-store. The test will take approximately 30 minutes. "Glasses that give you good vision" are not necessarily "glasses that are easy to use." We will recommend the prescription that best suits your lifestyle.
About the lenses
Not only can we measure your eyesight at our shop and provide you with the same prescription as your existing glasses, but we can also create lenses based on an ophthalmologist's prescription. We will listen carefully to your lifestyle and the situations in which you will be using the lenses, and then suggest the best lenses for you. After receiving the lenses, if you find that they do not fit you well or cause any inconvenience, we offer a 3-month free lens replacement guarantee, so you can rest assured.

About repairs and maintenance
If the frame you purchased from our store is damaged, please contact us. We will inspect the frame and consider the best course of action, such as repair or part replacement.
