*For credit cards, Paypay, LINE Pay, and Amazon Pay, payment will be confirmed when the product order is confirmed.

*Bank transfer fees are to be borne by the customer. Please note that fees vary depending on each financial institution.

*Deferred payment (Paidy):

　・Invoices will be issued on the 1st of the following month for the final billing amount at the end of each month, and will be notified by email or SMS (short message) by the 5th.

　

　・Payment methods are convenience store payment (convenience store terminal), bank transfer, and account transfer.

　・The payment deadline is the 27th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. In the case of bank transfer, the amount will be deducted on the 27th.

　・Depending on the payment method, a fee will be charged for each monthly payment (invoice). If paying at a convenience store, the maximum fee is 390 yen (tax included); if paying by bank transfer, the customer will be responsible for the transfer fee. In case of bank transfer, no payment fee will be charged.

Product delivery time

We will ship within 7 days after payment is confirmed. In the case of deferred payment, the order will be shipped within 7 days after the order is confirmed.

About returns

Generally, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective.

In the unlikely event that there is a defect, please contact us within 7 days of arrival. Please note that if we do not hear from you within the deadline, we may not be able to accept returns.

 Language

In the event of discrepancy between the English version and the Japanese version of the Terms, the Japanese-language version shall prevail.
