Q: Can you provide gift wrapping?

A: Sorry, we cannot accept requests for returns. Glasses are stored in cases of each brand, and vintage watches are stored in paulownia wood boxes.

Q: What payment methods are available?

A You can use credit card payment, convenience store payment, Paypay, LINE Pay, deferred payment (Paidy), bank transfer, and Amazon Pay.

Q Can I specify a delivery date?

A: We are sorry. We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates. Please use the inquiry slip number provided on the delivery slip to specify a delivery date and time or to request redelivery.

Q: How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

A We will ship within 7 business days after confirming your payment.

Q: Can I return or exchange the product?

A: We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, so please understand this in advance. If there is a defect on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

QIs there a warranty?

A There is a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Q Can I get repairs done after the warranty period?

A Yes, that is possible. We have in-house watchmakers who perform repairs, so please feel free to contact us at any time.

Q: What is the accuracy?

A: The daily accuracy error (daily rate) is within ±15 to 30 seconds after maintenance. There may be some variation depending on the usage environment.

Q Is it waterproof?

A It is highly waterproof among vintage watches, but you can use it for a longer period of time by being careful about moisture when washing your hands or on rainy days.

Q: How often do you recommend an overhaul?

A To ensure long-term use, we recommend maintenance every four years.

Q Can you overhaul any brand?

A Please check here for brands that can be overhauled. However, we may not be able to repair your watch due to reasons such as difficulty in obtaining parts. In addition, we may be able to overhaul even brands that are not listed, so please feel free to contact us via LINE.

Q Can you repair wall clocks and table clocks?

A: Sorry, we do not repair wall clocks or table clocks.

Q: Is there a guarantee after the watch is repaired?

A There is a one-year warranty.

Q: Is there a charge for a repair estimate?

A Free of charge. If additional costs are incurred during the repair process, we will always consult with you in advance and there will be no charge even if you cancel at that point.

Q: How long does it take to complete an overhaul?

A Currently, it takes about three months.

Q Can I replace the battery?

A We accept almost all brands. It will take about 10 minutes to complete. Please see here for the price. We may not be able to accept special models. Please contact us via LINE with a photo of the watch.

About Glasses

Q: Can you repair glasses?

A Please feel free to contact us regarding repairs for frames purchased at our store. For repairs for frames purchased at other stores, we recommend consulting the store where you purchased the frames.

Q Can I replace the lenses on frames I bring in?

A Yes, it is possible. It depends on the type of lens, but it will take about 1 week to 10 days. For frames purchased from other companies, we will charge the lens price plus 3,300 yen (tax included) as a processing fee. Please note that we may not be able to accept your request depending on the condition of the frame.

Q: Can I have my eyesight tested?

A: We can measure your vision in about 30 minutes. If you come to the store wearing contact lenses, your vision may not be stable immediately after removing them, so we will wait about 20 minutes before starting the eye examination, so it will take about an hour. Q: Can you make glasses based on a prescription?

A Yes, it is possible.

Q: Is there a guarantee after purchasing glasses?

A: Please rest assured that prescription lenses come with a 3-month free replacement guarantee.

Q Can the fit be adjusted?

A: If you have purchased frames from our store, we will repair them for free at any time. Please feel free to drop by.

Q: I would like to purchase prescription glasses from your online store. Is that possible?

A: For prescription glasses, we ask that you visit our store in principle to ensure that you can use them comfortably. However, if you have the lens data of your current lenses, we may be able to accommodate your request, so please contact us via LINE.
