Q.Is there a warranty?

There is a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. If there is a natural breakdown due to normal use during the warranty period, we will repair it under warranty. This warranty covers the watch itself, and does not cover accessories such as leather straps.

Please note that even if the product is within the warranty period, repair costs will be borne by the customer in the following cases.

- Damage caused by incorrect use by the customer (magnetic bands, etc.), water getting into the product due to carelessness, or damage caused by being dropped.

- Appearance scratches or damage caused during use.

- Breakdowns or damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, flood, earthquake, etc.

- If the warranty card is not presented or if the owner has changed.

- If you request repairs from another store during the warranty period, if the lid of the main unit is opened, or if the product is tampered with after purchase.

- Breaking of the mainspring, which is a consumable item, will not be covered by the warranty even if it is within the warranty period.

Q. Can I get repairs done after the warranty period?

Yes, that is possible. We do not outsource the overhaul and maintenance, but have our own watchmakers carry out the overhaul.

Q: What is the accuracy?

After maintenance, the standard is a daily accuracy error (daily rate) of within ±15 to 30 seconds.
However, there may be some variations depending on the usage environment.

It is not waterproof. It is one of the more waterproof vintage watches, but
